For the luckiest few renting at Bellmere Winds, guests of Mildred’s Lakefront Resort Cottage (at 75 The Point Drive) are just steps from the docks and beach, while the entire suite of resort facilities and amenities are just a short walk away . The cottage has 600 square feet of air- conditioned, comfortable space – big enough for 6 people – with a full size, fully equipped kitchen , dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The glass-walled Florida room (sunroom) is tastefully furnished with a quality wicker lounging/dining set that seats 6 people comfortably. There are two decks – one small deck with a 3- burner BBQ and two-person patio dining set; and a spacious 10 x 14-foot deck with enough lounging room for 6-7 people and a 9×12-foot umbrella for sun or rain protection. There is ample private outdoor space, with a 6- seater firepit area and a groomed lawn for kids and adults to play.

Guests of Mildred’s Lakefront Resort Cottage have access to the 18-hole golf course and the 19th Hole Patio Grill Restaurant with its unparalleled views of the resort and Rice Lake. Guests can purchase alcoholic drinks here that can be enjoyed anywhere on the property provided they are in nonbreakable containers. There are two salt water swimming pools with changerooms, showers and bathrooms; a sizeable splashpad for the kids; a multi-sports court and a well- equipped fitness centre.
